Through this website, we market and sell our products under the Reginald Kruger brand. The particular characteristics of each of our products will be specifically reported in the description of each of them. Shipping Domestic shipments are made with the company DHL. If there is any additional expense in the shipment, either by customs or similar procedures, it will be the customer’s responsibility. Shipping workdays exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, being able to coincide with holidays in different communities and provinces according to place of departure and destination. For international shipments we have two options: Express Shipping or Standard Shipping. For these shipments, the price and delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Payment Methods You can make the payment with a credit or debit card or with your PayPal account. Card: through the Redsys payment gateway PayPal: through the PayPal payment gateway Returns & Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days, from the day you receive the order and will be returned the full amount of the returned products, once checked the status of the same. The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels. For this, you will have to fill in the contact form with the subject “Changes and returns”, indicating the necessary data to identify your purchase: order number and description of the product (s) to be exchanged or returned. Although it is not mandatory, we would appreciate knowing the reason for the change or the return. In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to Reginald Kruger (defective product or mismatch with the purchased reference), we will be responsible for the costs associated with this return. In case the return is not due to an error of Reginald Kruger, the customer will be responsible for the return and shipping costs. Reginald Kruger will reimburse the price of the product at the time we receive the return. Modification of the conditions of sale These conditions may be modified at any time, according to the evolution of this website and the contents offered therein. Acceptance of the conditions of sale.
